Software analyst / tester

Job Description:

A technical skilled Software analyst /tester to join our team in the Finance industry. You will be responsible for analyzing, identify failures & validating the quality of the software of International Belgian based banking group. This global banking group is a recent merge of 2 banks.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with development team to understand software functionalities
• Design & execute test cases & record test results, identify weaknesses & align with developer
• Investigate, troubleshoot & document issues found during testing.
• Work closely with Test manager & business analyst to challenge & analyze requirements
• Provide valuable insights for software improvements
• Participate during daily stand-ups, test execution meetings & report-out.

Requirements:

• > 3y experience in software analyzing / testing, preferably within the banking industry
• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills with ability to identify & report software defects
• Knowledge with various testing methodologies, ISTQB CTFL & test tools is a plus point
• Detail & critical -oriented mindset with the ability to multitask & meet project deadlines
• Excellent communication skills & the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Fluency in Dutch & English (both written & spoken)

SAP Test Manager

Job Description:

A highly skilled SAP Test Manager is sought to join our dynamic team. As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for managing the SAP testing activities.

Responsibilities:

1. Test Strategy and Planning:
– Develop and implement a comprehensive test strategy for SAP projects.
– Collaborate with project stakeholders to define test objectives and scope.

2. Team Collaboration:
– Work closely with the development team to understand SAP functionalities and technical aspects.
– Lead and mentor a team of SAP testers to ensure effective test coverage.

3. Test Design and Execution:
– Design, execute, and oversee the execution of test cases for SAP modules.
– Record and analyze test results, identifying weaknesses and collaborating with developers for resolution.

4. Issue Investigation and Documentation:
– Investigate, troubleshoot, and meticulously document issues found during testing.
– Ensure that issues are properly tracked, reported, and resolved in a timely manner.

5. Requirements Analysis:
– Collaborate with the Test Manager and Business Analyst to challenge and analyze SAP requirements.
– Ensure alignment of testing activities with business objectives.

6. Process Improvement:
– Provide valuable insights and recommendations for the improvement of SAP software quality.
– Propose and implement enhancements to the testing process.

7. Communication and Reporting:
– Participate in daily stand-ups, test execution meetings, and report-outs to project stakeholders.
– Effectively communicate testing progress, issues, and risks to project teams.

Requirements:

– More than 5 years of experience in SAP testing, with a strong preference for experience within the banking industry.
– Proven expertise in SAP testing methodologies, ISTQB CTFL certification, and familiarity with various testing tools.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and report software defects.
– Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
– Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
– Fluency in both Dutch and English (both written and spoken).
